The detox is a low calorie, meat free, dairy-free, gluten free, pesco-vegetarian diet plan (based on plants and seafood).
It aims to achieve body cleansing and weight loss.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 1 to 2 snacks per day

The diet starts by 2 days of liquids (fresh juices, vegan milks and soups) followed by a creative pesco-vegetarian menu. Each week we introduce 1 or 2 days of liquids to help the weight loss process.
We recommend a transitional week during which we progressively reintroduce dairies and animal products to maintain the weight loss achieved.
It is also possible to switch to a different diet to achieve the final target weight.
Our carefully thought out food combinations are there to ensure that this vegan diet is rich in proteins and essential fats from food groups other than animal sources.
