The GOPRO is a high protein, low carbs and calories-controlled diet plan. This plan consists of reducing the amount of carbohydrates to a level that pushes the body to rely on its fat storage as its main source of energy, hence the weight loss and improved shape.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 1 to 2 snacks per day
Creative carbs free protein based dishes based on fish, seafood, lean beef, chicken, eggs, low fat dairies and a variety of cooked and raw vegetables
Day 1-2: strict protein menu
Day 3-6: raw vegetables are introduced
Day 7-11: cooked vegetables are introduced
Day 12-15: a fruit portion is introduced as a morning snack
