WEIGHT LOSS TARGET

1 to 2% of the initial weight per week

MEALS

3-5 different options for each meal, includes kids friendly meals

MENU

Balanced meals including healthy starches, lean meats, an abundance of vegetables and fresh salads, fruits and low fat sugar-free desserts

TYPES OF PACKAGES

  • Full Package: all meals needed for the child or teenager for the day including his breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at home and school
  • Half Package: lunch + dinner + snack
POST OVERWEIGHT TEENS & KIDS DIET

You can either renew your package (full or half package) or choose a "post-diet package" which includes:

  • 1 educational session for parents to teach them how to plan their child diet at home, cooking technique, how to read labels of food in supermarkets, teach about portion sizes, etc.
  • 1 session with the child to do body composition test, assess his eating habits and to teach him about his new diet to follow at home and to explain about food portions, food pyramid, etc.
  • 2 Follow up sessions with parents and kids to track progress
