Our moms to be plan is based on a varied diet that includes the right amount from each food group to achieve a healthy and steady weight gain while ensuring that your nutritional needs and your baby's are both met.
Depends on the initial weight and the stage of pregnancy
Set menu of 3 meals and 3 snacks per day with a ginger based drink for morning sickness
Balanced meals including controlled portions of healthy starches, lean meats, low fat dairies, sanitized vegetables and fruits, and healthy fats. The diet is also low in salt, caffeine free, and free from artificial sweetener.
Breastfeeding uses a lot of energy and nutrtients. Our mommy plan is crafted to help you get back to your usual weight while supplying you wih the nutrients you need during breastfeeding such as proteins, calcium, iron and vitamins.
