The Keto Pro is a high protein, medium fat and very low carbohydrate diet. The main target of this diet is losing weight through fat burning.Throughout the whole diet program carbs will be reduced to less then 30g per day, a level to which the body responds by breaking up fat to release energy and that is the metabolic state of ketosis.
