The low cal plan has been created for a healthy and long-term weight management. It is based on a portion and calorie controlled menu customized to meet the lifestyle needs of each client. It can either be based on a pre set menu or can be customized based on every clients needs.
Minimum of a 12 days susbcription for the customized menu
28 days package for the pre set menu
1 to 2% of the initial weight per week
3-5 different options for each meal
Balanced meals including healthy starches, lean meats, an abundance of vegetables and fresh salads, fruits and low fat sugar-free desserts
